take it to the dealer. sounds like you got the radio bug that mine has. they had to reset the radio. the pulled off the battery cables and did something before that . reason why i say take it to the dealer and let them do it. the radio is chipped or id per your car and the dealer has to put the code in for your car. so if its stolen its useless to use in another car....
